At Benefit we believe in a holistic approach to personal training. We also believe in getting the best possible results for each and everyone of our clients. Correct nutrition is a vital part of maintaining a healthy body. As with exercise it is important to individualise your diet to your physical needs. Your body processes food in a unique way. Therefore, it is important for your eating habits to reflect this.
At Benefit Personal Training we encourage all our clients to complete a series of nutritional questionnaires as well as a two week food diary. This information helps us to compile a diet that is correct for your body. A correct diet will help give you energy, overcome cravings, to lose weight and simply make you feel fantastic!
We also know that it is not easy to change your eating habits, so we will give you support every step of the way. We can provide recipes, help you shop, and analyse the contents of your refrigerator. What ever you need to help you to be healthy!
