What is your favourite thing to do on a quiet Sunday afternoon?
Quiet Sundays are such a rare luxury! I cannot think of anything better than spending a couple of hours relaxing, reading a fantastic book. The book I am reading at the moment is called ‘The Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne. It is such a wonderful book that helps you to empower yourself to make your goals reality.
What is your worst vice?
Do I have to answer this one? I’m a typical girlie and cannot resist good quality chocolate. Although I do try not to eat it too often…
What has been your biggest success to date with a client?
My biggest success has been helping a client who initially struggled to run for more than 45 minutes to run the London Marathon. She did absolutely brilliantly and finished in 3 hours and 38 minutes. What a star!
What is the best piece of advice anyone has given you?
My mother has given me many pearls of wisdom but the one that I think has helped me most throughout my life is ‘no matter how bad your life might seem always focus on the positive’.
What sport do you follow?
I love to watch and play beach volleyball. It is such a fun, sociable game to play and a really exciting sport to watch live. I also enjoy basketball, although it is really difficult to follow it in England as it is rarely on TV.
What is your favourite Season?
British summer, as it is the closest the English weather gets to being like home ( Brazil).
What makes you happy?
I am at my most happy when I am surrounded by my friends. It does not matter where we are or what we are doing we just laugh and have lots of fun.
Where is your favourite place to go on holiday?
Being Brazilian the only answer I can give to this one is BRAZIL!
