This means that we are not only able to provide fun and enjoyable personal fitness sessions, but also individualised fitness programs that really lead to you reaching and surpassing your dreams.
With Benefit Personal Training you don't need to take risks which is why we offer a FREE no obligation initial fitness consultation. This preliminary session provides a convenient setting for you to get to know your personal trainer and for your trainer to learn about your personal health and fitness history. The consultation also presents an opportunity for you and your trainer to work together to define your personal health and fitness objectives.

The First Fitness Session
With Benefit Personal Training we aim to ensure the right personal fitness program which will achieve your personal fitness goal whilst fitting in and around you lifestyle. Your first session with one of our personal trainers is dedicated to produce a comprehensive body analysis. The body analysis assessment addresses the following areas:
- Postural Analysis
- Endurance Test
- Flexibility Tests
- Upper Body and Lower Body Strength Tests
- Neurological Examination
- Body Fat Analysis
- Blood Pressure Reading
- Core Strength Tests (including lower back, transverse abdominis and abdominal tests)
- Daily Readiness Assessment
The results of the body analysis enables us to design a personal exercise programme that is as unique as each of our clients. This thorough individual approach helps you enjoy your personal fitness training while ensuring that you achieve results that you can both see and feel.

Future Fitness Sessions
From the second session onwards we will start to work on achieving your health and fitness objectives. Your fitness programme is designed to challenge you, using both traditional and innovative exercises. As well as maximising the physical improvements, the variety of exercises makes each session both challenging and enjoyable.
Your progress will be regularly monitored every 6-8 weeks. This helps your fitness instructor make sure that your programme reflects your improvements as well as helping to maintain your motivation and enthusiasm.
