Future Personal Training Sessions

From the second personal training session onwards we will start to work on achieving your health and fitness objectives. Your personal fitness programme is designed to challenge you, through both traditional and innovative exercises. As well as maximising your physical improvements, the variety of fitness training exercises makes each session both challenging and enjoyable.

Your progress will be regularly monitored every 6-8 weeks. This helps your personal trainer make sure that your fitness training programme reflects your improvements as well as helping to maintain both your motivation and enthusiasm.
