What is your favourite thing to do on a quiet Sunday afternoon?
Sun bathing on my yacht under the carribean sun drinking pimms...well in my dreams anyway! Back to reality it would have to be a relaxing sauna and pamper, then meet up with a friend for a lovely leisurely Sunday lunch. Anything really as long as it’s me time.
What is your worst vice?
Searching the web for useful information then getting carried away looking at a whole host of other sites, until I realise I’ve just spent hours sat in front of the computer and I still have not found what I was initally looking for.
What has been your biggest success to date with a client?
Rehabilitated a client back to their sport after an achilles tendon rupture. I am currently woking with a client with Patella Tendonitis who when I first started working with them could not do any impact type of training due to the acute pain. However, after only a few Months of hard work they are now able to run and slowly getting back to sport specific type training. These succes stories are what I love about this job. For me there is no greater feeling than knowing that you have made a positive change in someones life.
What is the best piece of advice anyone has given you?
”Faith can move mountains” I love this saying because belief is the key to success. If you look at icons who are living legends all have faith and self belief in common.
What sport do you follow?
I love different sports, but my heart is with dance, If I didn’t have to work I would still spend the same amount of time dancing; whether it be jazz, hip hop and salsa (my main love). Otherwise I’m up for any type of dancing. Since starting work for a South London boxing club, treating the boxers injuries, I’ve also gained a great interest in boxing.
What is your favourite Season?
Coming from the Phillipines where the weather is amazing it would have to be summer, and being a cancerian, born in July, I couldn’t ask for any other.
What makes you happy?
Being around my family and people I love and having a good nights sleep.
Where is your favourite place to go on holiday?
It can only be the Phillipines, and if you experienced the powdered white sands in the tropical heat you’d feel the same way too!
